Steam properties where Target tape  -no-cef-sandbox

Run this Compatibility mode for:

Compatibility take Windows Xp (Service Pack 3)

And last Run this program as an Adminstrator ok Apply run steam he gives all updates and when he shows Run steam on Compability mode just click OK and thats all.
